Departure

Boat Excursion (traditional dhow or speedboat)
Cruise across the bay of Watamu, inside the Protected Marine Park.
Stop for snorkeling along the coral reef: admire colorful tropical fish, vibrant corals, and with a bit of luck, sea turtles and dolphins.
Mida Creek Mangroves
Continue towards Mida Creek lagoon, one of the most beautiful mangrove reserves in Africa with a scenic boat tour among mangrove forests, home to seabirds, crabs, and fish.
Walk along the wooden boardwalks to enjoy panoramic views from above.
Lunch on the Island or at a Local Restaurant
Grilled fresh fish, lobster, octopus, and squid (menu may vary).
Coconut rice, tropical fruit, and refreshing drinks.
Relax and Nature
Free time to relax on the sandy beach or admire the beauty of the mangroves.
Optional canoe ride through the channels of Mida Creek.
Return
- In the afternoon, return by boat to Watamu.
